It all started with a dream to own a mini cow. Fast-forward to today and our family raises dairy and beef for our homestead, mini donkeys as pals or pets, and offers cattle AI breeding services. Our target audience is small cattle operations or homesteads local to Waco, Texas, or within 60 miles.
Who We Are
Our family was recently introduced to cattle in this great state of Texas just three years ago. Originally from Minnesota, we never pursued the idea of raising cattle. We kept busy with the 10,000 lakes that Minnesota delivers. After moving here, we realized we could chase that "I want a cow someday" dream. And that we did.
We started raising beef & dairy for our homestead and learning everything there was to learn about cattle, by choice or not. We also dove deep into educational classes, programs, and resources. We fell in love with our bovine friends.
So, we turned our passion for cattle into a business. We're Jeff & Tessa Kriesel, and we can't wait to serve you & your small herd. We prefer to build meaningful relationships with our clients as early as possible in their cattle journey and evolve together in knowledge and experience. We love to help the newbies and get our hands dirty.

Cattle AI
We offer artificial insemination services for cattle. It's our goal to build a relationship with our local homestead families and be a resource for their breeding needs.
Mini Donkeys
We raise mini donkeys purely for enjoyment. Our jack, Frederick "Freddy" is a border-line micro, last measured at 29" at a year old. We have three jennets currently, but may add more as time goes on. Two of our jennets are possibly bred from where we acquired them (acquired December 2023).
