Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whole milk

Directions

  1. Warm the heavy cream over medium heat in a saucepan until it gets a crystalized layer on the top, don't let it boil.
  2. Add sugar to the cream and stir constantly for about 2 minutes, ensuring it dissolves completely.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and remove the pan from the heat.
  4. Mix in the whole milk, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour the creamer into a jar and refrigerate. Shake well before use.
