Ingredients
- 2 cups cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whole milk
Directions
- Warm the heavy cream over medium heat in a saucepan until it gets a crystalized layer on the top, don't let it boil.
- Add sugar to the cream and stir constantly for about 2 minutes, ensuring it dissolves completely.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and remove the pan from the heat.
- Mix in the whole milk, stirring to combine.
- Pour the creamer into a jar and refrigerate. Shake well before use.
